These terms govern your use of novapeptides.info and any purchase you make from Nova Peptides ("we", "us"), based in Mexico City, Mexico. By placing an order you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us.

We sell research-grade peptides and related supplies. Every batch is quality-tested and certificates of analysis are available on request. Product descriptions and educational content on this site are provided for information only and are not medical advice. Our products are not evaluated or approved by regulatory agencies as medicines, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use comply with the laws that apply to you.

Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. When you complete checkout you will receive an order folio and a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we cancel a paid order we will refund it in full.

We accept bank transfer (SPEI) and card / digital-asset payments processed by a regulated third-party payment partner. A discount may apply to bank-transfer payments and is shown at checkout. Orders are prepared and shipped once payment is confirmed. For bank transfers, please use your order folio as the transfer reference and upload your receipt at checkout so we can confirm your payment quickly.

We ship within Mexico, and to other destinations where permitted. Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation and you will receive tracking information by email. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Please verify your shipping address carefully; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@novapeptides.info (or by WhatsApp) with your folio and photos, and we will replace the affected products or refund you. Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened products. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.
