Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Nova Peptides ("we", "us") operates novapeptides.info, an online store based in Mexico City, Mexico. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@novapeptides.info.
2. Information we collect
Order information. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the products you purchase.
Payment information. We do not store card numbers. Payments are processed by third-party providers (bank transfer / SPEI, and a regulated payment partner for card and digital-asset payments). Those providers process your payment data under their own privacy policies.
Usage information. We collect first-party analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, referral source, campaign parameters, device type, and an anonymous session identifier stored in your browser). We use this to understand our traffic and improve the store.
Communications. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp we keep the message history to provide support.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products and website. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the store: hosting and infrastructure providers, our database provider, email delivery services, payment providers, and shipping carriers. Each receives only what it needs to perform its service.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage to keep your shopping cart and an anonymous session identifier. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
6. Data retention and security
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Data is stored with access controls and encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Your rights
Under Mexican data protection law (LFPDPPP) you may request access to, correction of, cancellation of, or opposition to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). Email contact@novapeptides.info and we will respond within the legally required timeframe.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
